Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
- Items that are personalized, customized, or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
- Beauty products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, and lip products.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.
- Free gifts or samples included with orders.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
- Email us at support@Hyderabadstore.pk with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
- If approved, you will receive a return shipping address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (JazzCash/EasyPaisa).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your JazzCash/EasyPaisa account again.
- Contact your payment provider — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- If the issue persists after 10 business days, contact us at support@Hyderabadstore.pk.
9. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
10. Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow the return process above.
